How long are the sessions?
Sessions last as long as they need to for up to 2.5 hours and usually are between 1 and 2 hours
How does it work for couples?
The only part of the relationship you can improve, is your part. That’s why very often a relationship in which one person receives great coaching will have far more success than if both parties go down the traditional counselling route. And even more so if both parties receive their own unique coaching. If working with a couple, the last two coaching sessions of the containers are with both parties together. Note: whatever is discussed in the session with one person is strictly confidential and will not be shared with their partner.
When and where do the sessions take place?
They are done by video link or in-person for select London-based clients
How do sessions and homework work?
You will have access to a secure online platform in which an audio recording of your session, session summary and homework are uploaded immediately after the session for you to access at any time
How does daily access work?
You can send messages using the online platform at any time, whatever you may be struggling with or need support on, and you will get a response within 24 hours (except for weekends where you may receive a response on the following Monday)
Why a three-month container?
It’s of no real value to either of us if your results are temporary. The most important thing for both of us, is true and lasting transformation. After years of doing individual sessions, it’s become clear through experience that something more intensive and intimate was needed for the people I serve. When you literally have me - for three months - you don’t leave the container as the same person you entered as.
