I've had posts that go viral.
A poem so good that it got plagiarized and went viral... twice.
I've received thousands of 'likes', hundreds of comments of praise...
Even women (many) sliding in the DM's wanting to 'connect'.
Thousands of followers on the IG and FB group...
Feels good, in all honesty.
But none of that...
And I mean N O N E O F T H A T
NO amount of likes...
NO amount of ego-stroking...
will ever compare to getting an email from a client - previously single and faced with either being alone or settling for game-players and avoidants - that simply says: "He's here. Thank you"
And then going on to describe an amazing committed conscious partnership with a man who sounds like the coolest dude ever.
(To ME... and I'm pretty harsh in my assessment of men - it's literally a part of my job to be able to assess the level a man is playing at in his life).
Nor will it compare to the email from the woman whose marriage even I wasn't sure would be capable of growing in accordance with how much SHE had grown in the 8 weeks of working with us...
Where she goes on to say how it's like a 'magic wand' has been waved over her man.
(Whom I'd never met let alone taught anything to)
IF THESE HAD BEEN JUST ONE-OFF EVENTS...
I would STILL take them over receiving another 'like', follower or flirty DM ever again.
But they're not one-offs.
Beth and I are getting these roughly every other week at the time of writing this.
You may have noticed that I'm coming after the content creators posing as coaches in my recent posts.
Admittedly, it's an expression of me rejecting my former self as such a 'coach'.
But I'm not going to stop.
Because if we're going to really make a positive impact on the world as coaches, then being a slave to the vanity metrics of social media is not enough.
And when you shift your focus to becoming an absolute savage at serving your CLIENTS (not just audience) by getting them REAL, MEASURABLE CHANGE...
Giving them TRANSFORMATION, not just information...
You'll never settle for the crumbs of 'likes' and 'shares' ever again.
And you might just be able to say you actually made a difference to the world, and not just your ego.
